Thanks

Ah, OK, "i satin blacked a few things and replaced some bolts but that was it" wasn't quite true then.
Looks fantastic.

LoL no, what I meant was, after the body work was done 7/8 years ago, I satin blacked a few things like the heater motor cover and changed some bolts back then. Just as a stop gap to make it semi presentable
Now, everything has been done properly lol.

Wheels fitted, alignment done and put a few miles on the clock, everything is spot on bar a small small oil leak which I'll get sorted next week. Having missed a lot of shows and meets this year I've decided to head up to the retro rides gathering tomorrow
With that in mind I gave the car a quick wash
Time for some photos, only quick snaps from the phone. I'll be sure to have some proper photos up later on.

thanks, I'm pretty much inclined to agree. I've considered that i may looks a touch sweeter a bit lower and with a larger lip on the back but then it's going to be in stance cock territory.
it rides nice, handles well enough so it must be right

Are the chrome mirrors standard? They go really well with the red/chrome theme

www.theclassiccarshow.tv
A lot of the crew/team work on too gear, the rights to this show have yet to be decided so not sure what channel and when it will be on the box, but I'd say probably march time
The presenter was Alex Reily, I'd have prefered Jodie Kidd lol. He does acutely write scripts for top gear and they had a story line for the e24 as well
I did get to see a bit of what went of film and it looks good. They also filmed in the square mile around Bank and lime street

Kos,
This is seriously nice. Good job on the filming. One thing I don't get is it doesn't look like they faced the head:

Normally you would see the fly cutter marks? Perhaps this photo was before it was faced?

I also freaked out when I saw it, but it's a film of protective oil. I wiped a section off and I breathed a sigh of relife
