as the title says really. It looks the same shape as mine on my 518i but seems to have less bolts holding it in. On my 518i (E reg)there's a bolt behind the rear valence (drivers side) but not on the 520i. It's a c reg 520i that I'm getting the tank from. Are the bolt positions different on the tanks or did the earlier e28s use less bolts?
