I'd disconnect the battery for a while and see if things settle down, could be alarm related, can you switch off / override the alarm?
1 & 2 bed flats in Bournemouth areas, with parking

i know that e46's click loudly when the battery not got enough ooomph to turn the engine over. pardon me if thats not the case!

sounds like your battery is low on power or you have a bad earth.
