e34 520i factory alarm/immob prob

the alarm and immob wasnt being used/ was permanently turned off but the car battery died, now the immob and alarm keep coming on and the alarm fob doesnt turn it off for somereason. Is there anyway to reset or turn the alarm off? its a factory bmw alarm on a m-reg car

its prob been disabled by dealer at one stage...

of your brave you could go under the steering colum and cut it out the ignition loop.
