120d? Advice? What to look for?

So we'll be getting rid of the juicy X5 now the other half is starting a job with a longer commute - she wants something a bit smaller and a lot more economical!

Looking at some early 120d's online and wondering what issues are likely to appear - who can put me off???
Only looking with a smallish budget of £3kish, so most are getting into six figure mileage.
What sort of age do the turbos let go on these? Any other common issues I should be looking out for?
