Not bad, though I doubt very much it has 220bhp - that's later E34 535i M30B35 territory.

Official figures for the E12 528i were more like 170bhp, around the same as an E30 325i.

Looks nice enough. The horsepower, that steering wheel and POA are guarantees that the seller will be in dream world when it comes to value.
