328i M20 flywheel conversion 101!

Hi, the dual mass flywheel on my 328 is fooked as is the clutch, im looking to do a conversion to an m20 flywheel but struggling to find all the info to do it, only getting scraps. So far i have,

M20 flywheel (lightened to clear tabs on m52 block)
M20 starter
M20 flywheel bolts
M20 clutch

Need to get an e21 323 thrust bearing. Is this all i need? Also i was told that the M20 flywheel comes with a shim but i havent got this, is it important?
