Hi All,
I am in need of a set of front seat comfort leather covers for my E34.

I need a single base and back - passengers side probably best condition. I assume the fronts are interchangeable.

The colour is silver / grey - been told it is 0292 but not 100% on this.

Have attached a pic for reference

Image
Would need the covers stripped and sent to Australia, pay with PayPal

Hope someone can help
TIA

Neal

TBH I'd advise jsut getting sports leathers..

Have a look on Forum.bmw5.co.uk, if you can find someone to supply them Ya can get them posted to me and I can arrange the Oz postage, if you'd like?

good luck

Good luck sending 60kg to Aus ! I had some freak in Russia after a pair of minty black ones I have but the £400 freight quote put him off.

Looking at that picture, apart from the slight discolouration, what is the problem with your leather ? If it is not badly cracked, you are much better off getting it 'fed' and recoloured locally.

Any used covers you buy in the UK will have probably been 'Connolised ' already and the chance of them matching your other seat are zilch.

E34 interiors along with most other E34 parts are worth foook all here. I have two really nice undamaged E34 black leather sport complete interiors for sale at £275 a pop and all I am getting are council freaks annoying me and wanting to talk about their £200 bridge dodgers :(

What is a really nice black* leather sport trim for an E34 worth in Aus ? I have a frein in Perth who runs a BMW repair/ parts shop and I am trying to talk him into buying lots of frag (my) and shipping a container load out there.

*In the Uk , black interiors are far more sought after and hence more valuable than all other colours, this applies to all BMWs and most other makes.
Maybe with your climate and the excess of kiwis and other flotsam you have there :) grey or beige / tan might be more sought after ? and hence more valuable .

A good beige cloth E34 interior is even harder to find than a good E34 !

I have a really nice black leather sport one and the carpet and other black interior bits :)

These are rare as hens teeth here and the couple I have seen do not match and are very expensive - not an option sadly

I only need the covers, not the seat itself. They postage would be about 50 quid

There is some bad cracking in the back and a large split in the base - can't clearly see it in the photo
Any used covers you buy in the UK will have probably been 'Connolised ' already and the chance of them matching your other seat are zilch.
Worst case I will dye the whole interior

A fortune - very very few E34s had sports interior here
You have to remember that a new E34 535i was &105K + here in 1989 (about 65K of your GBPs). Luxuary car tax is an absolute killer. There are quite a few E34s around but not sports spec

Thanks Will. The colour is a match?? There are a couple of grey / silver versions.
Freight would be the killer - it would probably be cheaper to pay for the lot and only take the passengers covers. If you could separate them for me that is. Let me know what the price is and will see what works

Thanks. I have been told there is a tag under the back seat describing the colour (silber-grau, etc). I am going to take a look on the weekend - should avoid getting the wrong one!
