Recently replaced wife's daily (1998 Corolla, yech) with an '89 E34 535i.
Got the car for a steal - these babies were more than $105K new here.
Has sunroof, leather, climate control, M5 wheels (genuine), cruise, OBC, central locking, rear blind.

Have spent a few bucks to get minor stuff sorted - new front shocks, lower control arms and a drive shaft seal but very happy with end result. These cars are fantastic to drive
Have removed the naff M Tech badges since photos taken - sold on eBay for a nice sum (they were genuine ones)

WIN!

Lovely!

If I could find a nice one with LPG, or a Well paid job, an e34 535 would be my daily!

Very nice indeed (good job on removing the m badges) I used to have a dolphin grey 530i red leather int bbs 1990, I miss it dearly great solid cars and one of the most reliable BMW's every built. Love the throwing star M5 wheels they look superb, I'm a bit jealous. Enjoy, I'm sure you are and will, I also see you have an 02 - good man!

Very nice. I'd much rather have have M30 in E34.

Looks to be in great condition, you need to sort them wheels out though. They do not suit the car at all.

Epic chariot 8)

Loving the throwing stars, would look lush with a set of turbine wheel covers though:
