Im back in an e30 now, and undecided on what to do with my old e34 535i SE, but I need to do something!
One of the pistons has shattered so I dont think its worth trying to salvage the engine.
Few options I have are to drop a new engien in it and keep it, drop a new engine in and sell it, sell as it is, or break and sell the bits.
I havn't really got time to find and put a new engine in, so I will probably sell as is or break it if theres no offers.
What I was wondering is whats the going rate roughly now for the bits?
The car (bar the engine) is in pretty good nick, its a 535i SE but according to the build sheet it came with a few ofthe sport bits.
Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs
limited slip rear diff.
Split Rim Style 5's off the 850csi
M5 rear spoiler.
Hartge front spoiler.
Clear indicators all round.
Black electric leather in great condition!
Gearbox was in great nick when it last ran
Tow-bar
What do we think these bits might go for?
Also the body work is in great condition so I might take the panels / doors off if they go for decent enough money?
Could also sell as spares or repair minus the Style 5's, as I have got 7 Style 31's that could go with the car
So what do you think its worth in bit? and as spares or repair?
Hopefully then I can make my mind up!
