at the end of the day you got caught out so just be a man about it & suck it up & take what they give you,
if they give you the chance of a fine & a speed awarness course instead of point's then go for that as it's a lot less hassle.
i won't go off on one about this as i've been a bad boy & done it my self & paid the cost for it.
like has been said before we all drive above the limit from time to time & we all know that sooner or later we'll get caught as it's one of the risks we take.
any way tim let us all know how you get on, good luck & finger's crossed the beak is in a good mood lol.

Don't call me a fucking moron because I agreed with someones statement and then said we all speed now and again.Ian_M wrote:So you drive like dickheads so we all do?johnl320 wrote:+1psychochild187 wrote: i cant stand these sort of answers ,

the sort of person that looks down on people driving fast down their road but would drive fast them selfs down other peoples roads because they think they are better drivers than others or thinks everyone that over takes them is a lunitic because they themselfs hold traffic up in the middle lane.
sorry but if your the sort of person that watches tv programs so they can complain about them not just ignoor them and turn over the you need to learn the way of the world and get your head out of your .......
we all speed now and again
******* morons!
Love how you stick up for it, but I've seen other 'newbs' being condemned for saying how they speed down a dual carriage way at night.
There is nothing clever about it and when it affects you personally then you might take a different view on it.
EDIT: This is my last post on this topic, I don't think anyone here is in agreement with me. I stick by what I've posted anyway.
I save stupid driving for track days, living near goodwood helps.
Can you say you've never done 34 in a 30 or 45 in a 40? I don't agree with BMlover's consistant speeding and he deserves his points and fine.
You self righteous little cock.

i am struggling to think how 25% over the limit is causeing people to die., or being a dikhead.
my mum speeds . i followed a police car to the pig station at over 34 mph in a 30, i was inside a german police car at over 60 kph in a 40kph . i follow most traffic at over the speed limit, and even busses speed. (public transport) SPEEDING
does that mean the whole world is full of killers
i thing you are asuming that e30bmlover is the kinda guy that drive in 5th flat out at 3;10 down school roads with the music up.
or is he the guy that nails it down the slip road over takes you and then sits in the out side lane . but following any old person that is sitting at 80 odd. like most people do . how much more dangerous is this to a "normal" driver .
what i am getting at is . you cant call him all names under the sun , blame him for deaths of friends or family beacuse he said that he speeds and was caught at 25% over the limit .
untill e30bmlover says he does 80 in 30 limit 99.9% of the time hes a normal driver.
if or when he says he cuts people up , skids up to school crossings, tail gates on the out side lane in rushg hour. or overtakes on bends. then even i will call him a pr1ck and deserves what he gets .

Like i said earlier, speed does not kill. Ive been in the back of a police car that has been doing 90 through 30 zones, 2 o clock in the morning in the country side but still...
Also followed a police car on the motorway at 120mph + at 7AM in the morning which id call rush hour due to the amount of traffic on the road

we know speed doesnt kill .
its the mixture of fast and slow that does harm .
slow minded people vs people that can butter there own bread without their mum helping
german autobahn brilliant exsamaple . it works .
the reason is its unrestricted . so there cant be the argument of you were driving too fast
you get people in england speeding and the others just trying to prove a point and getting in the way to slow the others down to be bloody minded
i heard some great statistics about the nurburgring as my friend is a marshal on the ring
the amount of miles driven vs accidents with human harm a year is less that the public roads in germany in the same year
why do you think the german government has not closed it yet ...its a "safe" money maker.
and think how fast peolple drive there . car bikes . new drivers , fast and slow cars . and you still get IQless plonkers there mixing in.

You didn't really expect any less though, did you?! 3 points is hardly the end of the world.
Genuine question, purely out of interest; do you think it'll have any effect on the way you drive?

i also did 245kph on the autobahn. id like someone to try to explain why its considered safe there but not here? 152mph is perfectly ok on a dual carriageway. i wonder what speed you need to do before the germans act all self righteous?
