I did a compression test quite a while back now & one of the pots was a little lower than the other 3, i forget how low is actualy is.
This then set the paranoia in.
Don't get me wrong, it's possible to redline the car in 1st through to 4th, maybee 5th could be a struggle as you will have to shift some serious air.
It just feels lacking in power, maybee its just me.
The car i used to drive was an 02 plate e39 530d sport auto (remapped) & that thing pulled like a train!
The 39 has been well gone for a good few months now, but the e36 just feels a bit 'dead' to me
What could be some common issues with the M44 engine that would best to be checked / investigated be?
