all went well till i had chance to look at the kit properly, lugs missing off the rear quarters (all of them both sides)
bolt holders on lower front valence missing, rear pod arch sections none exsistant due to tyres rubbing them away both front pods arch sections were all split and pieces missing where they fasten to the wing brackets, all pods covered in windscreen sealer where theyve been glued on rather than clipped on,the sills have chunks missing out of them on the bottom so cant be clipped on properly no rubber seals on them either, in the auction he said he would give a choice of sills either for a cabby or a 2 door,sent him an e mail at end of auction stateing i wanted cabby sills, also sent him a text just to make sure he knew, spoke to him on phone also to confirm cabby sills,i noticed a day later that he sent me 2 door sills, i spoke to him about this and he said he told me he only had the 2 door ones now cos he sold the cabby ones as i said i did`t want them??????????? i would nt have bid on the kit if i had not had the choice of sills, which he`d probly sold because he did`t get the £500 he wanted for it when it was advertised on here(with out a choice of sills?) overall this kit i payed him £400 for is in a dismal state and was not as described by him at all.
he did offer to get the sills for me in a few weeks ?????, but as it was not as described and after the carry on with the sills i asked for a refund, he basicly told me to wistle and try, cos i had no chance, so now its down to an e bay dispute which will probably get me know where.
