Bought E34 Leather Electric seats off him about a year ago now, wee bit of a mix up with paypal but was sorted about 4 or 5 months ago. Paid £375 form them and I now want either my money back or my seats...........

Paypal wont refund em because they say it has taken too long, Jon kept promising me the seats that I ordered and after a certain length of time they say they cant help....... I just want either my money or the seats back.............

I rang paypal. (fucking long time ago now, about a year). they told me the same.

The moneys were from unstable account or watever. The cash was taken from my account only a few hours before i was going to send these e34seats. The bloody things were packaged up also.

Ive only a very small interest in this now. But if you want to chat futher then do it by p.m. If i do not reply your more than welcome to come back on here.

I think you will find I am right, there was a temporary hold of the money but if you notice beside it it states "removed" thatmeans the hold was removed and the money was released.

Ive spoke to nic and paypal about this.

Its about to be sorted. There was a mix up. Im putting my hands up to this. End of.

Furthermore it was not Col that 'pulled out of the deal' it was Jon so i would say he is legaly bound to refund all deposits in this case as anyone with any morals would! Col went to collect the seats and Jon didn't want a cheque, Col offered to leave the seats with Jon until the cheque cleared and Jon didn't want to know. In my oppinion Col offered a perfectly good method of payment with 'no risk' for Jon. Maybe this should have been dealt with prior to the point where the deal was to be done but that doesn't give the seller the right to keep a deposit when the buyer has offered a perfectly acceptable (to most people) solution. Both parties are at fault for not ironing out the fine print of the transaction before and not just the buyer.
Jon has 'said' on this thread that he will be returning the money and i was willing to leave it at that to see if this happens BUT others seem to want to keep dragging this out and make me have to reply to their digs and support what i have already stated
I would like to leave it at that but we'll see if the baiters are willing to do the same.

Colin sent me a cheque as a deposit for some seats. over christmas.

I held the seat back for him. Longer than anticipated, when it finally comes to the day he wants to collect them i get a txt message(the favourite way of communication in da keynes). He says hes comming to collect, i say fine, he then goes onto say that he want to pay by cheque. I say no, im willing to wait a few days for the cash etc. He then gets all pissy and pulls out of the deal.

So im left with a full trim from a touring, with nobody to sell to over christmas(not for the money i wanted anyways). Naturally i was pissed off! As it was in the way.(colin also tryed to chip me down after the deposit was taken)

I sold the interior 7 weeks later....

So get your facts right spadger. Your a sadman with a scrap problem.

Me and colin have spoke on the phone since. And i have actually agreed to give him half his deposit back. And im being nice here.

Spadge did ring me with numerous grunting and threats but that came to nothing.

Its not like me to air dirty laundry on here but never mind.

OK Jon has kindly refunded me in full for this transaction and guess who was to blame all along............... PAYPAL !!!

Paypal have apologised for the mix up and I also want to apologise for posting here about Jonb.
