I bought a driver side wing from this guy.

He sent it straight away, however when it arrived there was some damage caused by the monkeys of Parcel Force. It was well wrapped, but despite this the wing is seriously scratched and needs re-painting (which defeats the object of buying a same colour wing to bolt on).

I raised this with the seller and he has immediately got on with liaising with Parcel Force, has completed and submitted a claim form to them and I await hearing the outcome.

Although this may take some time to resolve, I feel positive feedback is well deserved as he has gone out of his way to sort this problem out and acted in a responsible manner. I would have no issues dealing with him again.
