An M-Tech II Kit That Never Came

I sent a Paypal payment for a used M-Tech II body kit to a E30zone member on March 24th.

It has been over a month and nothing has shipped. This member has provided me with shipping information, but nothing has shipped.

Correspondence has been ignored for the last 2 weeks.

Should I assume I have been scammed and report it here?

What recourse do I have?

I sent the full amount (over $1,000 CDN) in good faith promptly.

Now none of my emails are being returned!

What should I do?

You need to find out why the package hasn't left the seller, which i'm sure you've already tried. The tracking info should tell you if a courier has been to pick it up or not.

Raise a dispute with PayPal if you think something is wrong
