Bought BBS rims from BigBavarian - easy from start to finish: decent pics posted in Parts forum, courier to Ireland price agreed, and within a few days the rims landed on my doorstep.

I've bought lots of stuff from Richard (and now Nathan too), good prices, good quality stuff and very good as resolving any arising problems (as can happen with used parts).

NEUTRAL from me.
They are helpful WHEN you can get them on the phone. I'd say they they answer 1 in 5 calls.
They NEVER call back and I mean never (even when they have agreed to do so)- you have to chase and chase and chase.
I have had parts arrive broken in the post - in fairness they have been quick to assume responsibility but the headache of waiting for replacements and missing the day you set aside to fit parts etc is a real pain.
Seem to have a good rep and good selection of parts - but far too much hassle to be your first port of call.

Another positive from me, I spoke to Nathan & Richard about some work I needed doing and I required them to collect the car as it was out of tax/mot.
Once I was ready, Car was collected next day, work carried out quickly (including additional work I wasn't aware needed doing) and even took the car to the MOT station for me.
All for a superb price, great communications and updates and very quick turnaround.
I really can not fault the service, Actually they didn't even make me a cuppa when I collected the car. Shocking behaviour.

More positive feedback from me, Richard and Nathan have gone well out their way to help me on more than one occasion.
