As Mark has said, he has now offered a refund, which once I have received it I will ask for this post to be locked.

Right, Mark stated in the middle of September that he was skint, and would refund me at the end of the month when he had been paid.

The end of the month came and went, PM'd him, and he stated that he had been made redundant but would send it as soon as possible.

Nothing received has yet,has been back on since I last PM'd him, no reply.

I have read his recent posts, about what work he has been doing, and his latest post is asking for a 3.91 LSD.

Skint eh! Make up your own minds.........

Mark you do yourself no favours mate.

Will be, he's had enough chances to sort it, but it looks like he really taking the p*ss.

SO either he's got the money, or others are going to get bumped.

Be warned!

Mark has now made contact and stated that the diff he is asking for, is actually for someone else.

It is just coincidence that in his previous posts he talks about how he has knackered his.

Mark now has seven days to pay or I will take it to the small claims court without further notice.

Anyone got his details just to save me a bit of time digging them out?

Yep, I've just got all the paperwork together after the Christmas break, so I will be submitting an online claim this week. He'll have to pay all the costs of that as well, so he'll be out of pocket nearly double the original amount.

before you go through the small claims court.................

i presume this was via your credit card or bank card ??

i used to work for a credit card company and we used to dispute paypal charges all the time on behalf of card holders.

you have a valid dispute with paypal, not the seller. the transaction is via paypal therefor paypal is liable for fraudulent use of their payment system.

pm me if you want to take this route and need further info, i can point you in the right direction.
