Can we name people on here who make arrangements to see a car over a weekend then never bother pitching up or responding to PM's......? Annoying and inconsiderate....if YOU are reading this, you know who you are, so don't bother contacting me again.

i even phoned him on the Saturday before, to confirm he was still coming, which he confirmed he was. of course, he didn't turn up, c***!! :x

Grayday1810 - After nearly 7 months, several calls, loads of texts, loads of emails from me to them. A couple of text apologies, a couple of voicemail apologies and promises that the money is ''on it's way'' or ''literally just dropped in the post box'', here I am still waiting on the £80 they owe me.

Don't get me started on the wasted time when I had people waiting with a bodyshell they were supposed to be collecting. Or the fact that their phones mysteriously failed to either make calls or accept them, when people called to find out what was happening?

Even when I PM them here, in order to find out what this springs line of ''lame excuses'' has to offer, the message just sits glinting in the outbox despite the fact they're on here pedalling their wares. Odd that.

Don't be shy Grayday1810. So, I am now expected to wait till our paths cross before I get my money? Why's that then? Why not simply pay what you owe?

My comments are 'out of order' and 'not totally the facts''? Really? Well lets just say you're right and I was wrong to suggest you messed us around regarding the shell. What about the rest? What about all the ignored calls, ignored texts and ignored e-mails? Why palm me off with promises that the money is in the post? Why apologise when you know damn well you haven't mailed me the money you owe?

Don't be shy and pm me moaning about my comments, after all, we're all grown ups here.

Why not simply give me an explanation? Tell me why it is that 7 months later I am having to hound you for my money?

The fact is I treat people as they treat me. If I'm wrong and you didn't mess my pals around and ignore their calls and texts, rest assured I will be the first to hold my hands up and apologise. Offer me a genuine reason for your ignoring ALL previous contact and for lying to me about sending my money and I'll do the same.

I'm not slagging you off, merely pointing out that you've had parts for 7 months and a) not paid for them and b) lied about sending payment. I guess people that pull stunts like that are never keen for their actions to be seen by everyone as it limits their opportunity to do the same thing again. You should also note, that had you simply paid what you owe, you wouldn't find yourself in this situation. Now that is not the way to carry on.

12 days on and still no payment, although I guess you never said what week did you?

Now pay attention because this is a word of advice for free.

Pay your debt and this matter will be over. It is not going to just go away. Post it to me by registered mail though as we don't want there to be any suggestions that it was sent but never arrived do we?

Evidently it's childish to chase people for money they owe?! I was forced to come here when you ignored calls, emails and texts. The only replies I got were blatant bullshit of ''just put money in post'' and half arsed apologies. Even your latest PM where you bitch about being slated on here! Over 3 weeks and still nothing. People like you don't deserve to be able to sell here. You've had months to pay what you owe but chose not to.

Be warned people, these guys are blatantly not to be trusted.

Doesn't return calls. Doesn't even tell you the truth and there's nothing worse then a bare faced lier..

This idiot thinks he can waste peoples time as he likes. Don't say i never warned you lot.

He sent me a text message saying how he had ''literally just dropped your money in the post''.

Hasn't even offered an explanation as to why he thinks it's OK not to pay his debts. Just bitches that it's out of order to slag him off on a forum. Idiot.

This is a long one. I was giving Murphy the benefit of the doubt on this one and not out to rip me off as he seemed like an OK guy and I could see that he had sold and bought quite a bit of stuff on the zone and especialy that he knew what it was like to be ripped off, as he was with a MTECH 2 body kit a while back and he needed fellow zoners to help get his money back. Murphy had a thread in the for sale section advertising parts from his 318is that he was parting out. This was the add but he has deleted it so there is no reference http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... t=#2747693. There was interest in his front lip. I PM'd Murphy to see the availability here's his reply
MurphyE30 wrote:Hi there,

Yes still available :)

Lots of interest but no money has been exchanged yet

Cheers
So I would pay him the £87 in to Paypal
MurphyE30 wrote:Hello

No problem :)

I will change advert to sold

Cheers

Next PM from Murphy read
MurphyE30 wrote:HimDenis,

Apologies but I will have to refund your money for the splitter. When we went to take it off this weekend we noticed its fibreglass not plastic.

If you still want it I'm happy to knock £25 off the price.

You can't tell the difference fitted to the car. But I like to be honest with what I'm selling

Let me know and I will send the money back accordingly

Cheers
It shoul be poly carbonate so I said I would still take it.

A week later no Splitter had I arrived I Pm'd him and his reply
MurphyE30 wrote:Hi Denis

Can't believe it hasn't turned up. I,do,apologise. I did get one it's on the reception somewhere, I will have a look for it and go post office tomorrow after work to find out what has happened with the delivery

BLOODY ROYAIL MAIL!!!

Thanks Ben

Just been down the post office this morning and looks like I've put the right address but a different post code. :cry I do apologise must of wrote wrong one by mistake when labelling my parcels. I've sent out quite a few recently.

I've got to go to the parcel force deposit and collect it this afternoon and I will re send it tomorrow with the correct address and post code from your last pm.

: cheers
this was on June the 11th. Which was the last I've heard from him and the last I've heard about the lip

:x I have tried to contact him through PM's on here and the email used on Paypal but no word. as I said in the beging of this thread I was giving Murphy the benefit of the doubt, maybe something had happened to him or something, it looked like he hadn't been active on the zone since he sold his strut brace back on the 19th of June but after contacting another zoner on here that knew him in the hope that he could get through to him the the thread has been deleted which in my book seems VERY suspect. Another draw back giving him the doubt and leaving it so long it falls out of time to get the money back through Paypal case! I have put this thread on two forums so that it can get maximum exposure.
Denis.
