Great chip, excellent service, cannot recommend enough.

This time I purchased a wild 325 chip, the difference was amazing, so much better to drive now.

Previously I have had a 325 mild and 335 chip from speedtouch, every time the chip and the service have been first class.

wow increase in power for the standard 2.0 engine and the cabbie...

hi mate i have a 1990 G reg 320i. i remember somebody mentioning you might not do chips for my particular car being a facelift but i thought id ask anyway.

im looking for something that will improve mid range torque or at least allow me to use what i have abit more effectively. right now it feels as if i need to rip the bollocks off of her to achieve anything. i do a mixture of town and motorway but I'm forever cruising so the revs sit between 1-3.

in your opinion which would be the best chip to go for to achieve this, could i have a quote incl. delivery to west london. oh and finally a simple procedure process or something along that line just so i don't screw it up haha.

I second ALP1NA there-Speedtouch is super polite, very helpful, dispatches the same day (even if you pay as late as 3pm) and his chips are fantastic!

I have 3 325i's, and have chipped two of them with his chips. The improvement in torque in the lower rev range is very noticeable, and it really evens out performance across the M20's rev range. The only car left to do is my older motronic 1 car, which is a trickier beast to source a chip for. Having said that, Speedtouch is still trying to source one for me.

I can't recommend him or his chips enough. They really are excellent!

Installed mild chip into my 320i cab and very happy with the results. Much more snap to the acceleration and very smooth.

Also top seller as post office managed to lose chip and Speedtouch promptly sent out a replacement.

I recently installed a wild chip by speedtouch.

-idle is great (i had bad idle because of porting and bigger injectors)
-spark plug and exhaust have a nice chocolate color!!!
-power gain is excellent through all RPM range
-engine response is faster then the gas pedal
-chip also work well with old vacuum LPG system

i order 7200 rpm limit but my taho say less then 7000, i'm sure that problem is with the taho, not with the chip.

soon i will order Wild chip for m20b20 for other touring in my family.

Spoke to maurice the other day about a chip for my b27 conversion

2 days later a chip lands on my door,
after my b27 conversion it wasnt really what i expected, no real extra power, only benefit (weirdly) was an increase in mpg.

after the fitting of the chip, all i can say is WOW, instant throttle response, a truck load of low down torque and still a decent kick at 4k rpm, 2 days later and the extra power and torque is still suprising me and putting a smile on my face,

all i can say is fantastic guy to deal with, nothing is too much trouble,

Forgot to update, not bad at all on the wild chip for my m20. Not bad at all.

Built a 2,7 lump about 2 years ago and the chip I had from another well known chip supplier acted like an on/off switch. You were either going at 90 or changing down to 2nd to keep it below 30.
Also the map would switch off the petrol on the overrun so if you took your foot off the gas in any gear but 5th it was like driving into treacle.

This morning I fitted the chip from Speedtouch and all these problems vanished, the car was a joy to drive.
This chip has done everything I hoped it would and at a third of the cost of the first chip.

Of course the first chip is ideal for track days so it is horses for courses.

Big praise to Maurice for giving me a car that after all this time I can finally use everyday. Thank you.

Installed the MIld Chip for the E30 325.....works like a dream! Much more gradual accelleration and seems to eliminate certain 'power spots' and makint it a much smoother tigter drive, reccomended! Thanks to SpeedTouch
