Anybody used altrans or swarfega metal cleaner and restorer.

I've been told a product called altrans will clean metal and restores it at the same time. It's made by a company called deb products and the swarfega product is the same only in different packaging. It's impossible to buy as nobody seems to stock it. I'm trying to clean bits like the bellhousing, gearbox etc or an alternative would do if someone new of one. There's currently a m3 gearbox on ebay that look's imaculate so it must have been cleaned by something of this nature.

Any help would be appreciated.

biggee,have just been on the swarfega site, nothing there so had a quick google , jack there as well.
