wheel refurber in norfolk/suffolk

it's not for me as i would of done them myself but a mate wants his wheels refurbed anyone know of a company in the norfolk/suffolk area and roughly how much per wheel

Felixstowe and I work on the north side of Ipswich. The info would be great!

The only other people I know of are Lepsons or BJV engineering, both will do splits but want £60+ per wheel.
