Leather Help (with pics and links)!!!

I need some advice on how to bring back my leather interior to its former glory.

The leather is has formed cracks/dried up and the colour has started to fade on the front 2 seats, it just looks nasty all round.

I want to keep the same colour (Silver Grey) shown below:



I understand I need to treat/feed the leather and I was thinking of using gliptone as most of you guys recommend this product. Link below:

To actually colour the leather I was thinking of using this kit:

Questions:

What do I use first on the interior? Do I treat the leather first or do I colour it?
What is supposed to be the standard finish on the colour of leather Matt,Satin or Gloss?
Which grey is the best match for my interior from furniture clinic Light grey, grey or dark grey?
Can someone suggest another colour/dye product??
Any other advice would be much appriciated!!!

send a sample from the back/under the seat and either company will match it exactly the best is matt finish (imo) and you get can a kit from glyptone which does the lot...furniture just recolours...i have used them both

So what am i supposed to do first: treat then colour or colour then treat?

What product would you reconmend quality wise?

follow there instructions..but it depends on what state your leather is in ..i would star to clean it with saddle soap anyway to soften it as both firms say you should get the dirt out first but here is the link to

the furniture clinic was the one i used to change the colour of my seats i would recommend them for that ..also if you are doing the whole of the interior..it took me 2 days to do the latter
