Have car stripped out at the moment locating leaks and would like to recolour my lower centre console and handbrakes surround in a colour to match my interior - at the momen they are blue but the seats and carpet are on the brown scheme. Any suggestions on what to use to recolour it and how to make it so it doesn't rub off?!!

Theres a company called william smith who do an excellent film/foil which is used in many industries.
They do one called Scotchcal available in many different colours & thicknesses which is great for interior retrimming.
Its self adhesive & when you are going round bends or contouring it you just apply heat with a hairdryer & it sticks perfectly.
Im not sure of the longevity of it though-although as its a 3m product it will be superb quality.
There website is : www.williamsmith.co.uk
They will sell it to you in cut lengths or rolls.
