any recommendations for getting "for sale" tape of plastic windows.

i use bmw convertible window restorer to clean mine
looks a bit like toothpaste and in a similear tube cost from local dealer about Ԛ£6

Meguiers Plastic Cleaner recomended for CAB's

Its a great cleaner and will also take any small swirl marks you have out

Need to be very careful rubbing the window at this time of year as even with the correct products you run the risk of cracking it...warm it first to make it more flexible

For glue it is a tricky one as an acetone is best but need to be VERY careful not to use too much and not rub too hard

THE VERY BEST product to use on the back windows and the one that works best is Hindsight..they have a website...but is available at a discount from BMW Carclub convertible register...

It will remove/prevent smoking and milking...nothing will remove scratches without adding others

carburetta cleaner on a cloth...disolves the adhesives..

i have used renovo for scratches which worked quite well
