Whats the best product to get rid of swirl marks?

Hi all,

When the sun shines on my car i can see loads of swirl marks

Is there a decent product that can get rid of these?

oh the dreaded swirl marks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

you need to strip all previous wax/polish from paint surface
easily done with a good wash with fairy liquid solution

then you are back to laquer surface

firstly clay the car with some good clay and lubricant

now comes the hard part

you need to remove all the swirls

by hand this is very tough going but it can be done you just need a lot of patience and the right products

imho ZAINO make a really good product called ZPC
not cheap but its the business and it will remove swirls by hand easier than 99 percent of stuff on market

3M make a swirl mark remover(smr) but as far as iam aware its only available in usa but its also very very good

i have been sent some SONUS products to try from usa and i will be doing over xmas

it has had some very very good reviews in states and i will test it for myself

i will post once i have an idea of its abailities both by hand and orbital once i know for myself

dont be fooled by all the hype on some products claiming to do this and that
most of what they say just isnt true .........believe me i have found out the hard way over 20 years of buying the shite and it being terrible!!

swirl removal is a process that you only get out what you put in and you have to take your time and work at it but if done properly with the right product will take them out

once you have your surface to the level you want it then top off with your chosen wax/polish..................zaino is the only way !!!

i will be getting more stuff
had a really bad couple of weeks but iam gonna be around more now

i hav e lots of ideas the only problem with bringing stuff from usa is anything heavy is a fortune to ship and the customs will hammer me if they catch the stuff coming through but reat assured there will be a load of stuff available soon

There is a couple of products that you could use after the process described above. You could use the poorboys SSR range. There is SSR 1,2,2.5 and 3. also there is meguiars #2 swirl remover.

All of these can be used by hand, PC or rotary, but be prepared to get sore arms if doin it by hand as you need to work these products in
