My engine is pretty old and tatty now and really needs a refurb!
I intend to:
*Give it a decent clean - I want to get it as close to new as possible!
*Use a detailer to give it a nice shine and give it some decent protection.
*Paint the bulkhead and a few other parts.
*Colour code as much of the engine as possible with engine dress.
All in all I just want to bring it back to life. Its looking awful.
Can anybody recommend some decent engine cleaning products, detailers etc?
I've heard good things about Meguires and Autoglym products?
Also has anybody here painted the bulkhead? Any guides or advice etc?
