Gliptone is the daddy. Cleanser and conditioner on eBay for £15, it make old cracked shiny leather look plump and new!! It's amazing, my wife's boxster has now got 90k on the clock and you could mistake the interior for 20k.

But it does depend on how badly cracked the leather is. However you do get flexible fillers, so if you have the time and do it properly you can get you leather looking brand new.
