I've uploaded this video from my hard drive. Its a very rare training video. Very useful. Maybe it can be stickied?

Echoing what everyone has already said Brilliant videos!
Very helpful to me as im now embarking on changing my hood myself and the height adjustment etc is very useful!
I thought i was the only one who thought she was a bit excessive with the horseshoe! haha

Great Videos!
I actually finally got around to doing a thorough hood clean and protect which I've been meaning to do for quite sometime now...
After some research, I ended up using this:
AutoGlym Hood Kit
Quite frankly I couldn't recommend it enough, provides a great clean and the protection element seems absolutely bang on, I even took a video showing how well the hood now makes the water bead up:
Video
Sounds like I bloody work for AutoGlym but it seems very rare nowadays that you buy something and it actually works properly and does what it says on the tin.
