Chances are i'll be refurbing my spare set of bbs's ive got in the new year. Is there anywhere decent in devon (the closer to torquay the better!) who will do this without costing the earth. Ive searched the internet and the only place ive found does it for £60 per wheel, i was hoping to find somewhere that does it for about £40 per wheel.
