Finally got round to getting my BBS refurbed - KN Wheels (Telford) did the job @£30 per corner for cash. They've done several sets for me over the years, always do a good job.

Cleaned up my centre caps, new BMW badges, all ready to go now.

Will swap over the Nogaro Motorsports next few days, will be putting them up for sale soon...

Are you selling these newly refurb'd BBS, or the Nogaros. Interested either way, assuming 15".

Please let me know what price you are thinking.

Martin.

£30 is very cheap! Did they match the silver well to the centre caps ok? And did they paint the insides the light grey/blue?

Nothing better on an E30 the 15" BBS's. To think they were over £1000 as an extra when new!
Selection of BMW hardtops available, please ask!

KN Wheels call it "flat silver", just their standard re-furb colour I guess. I've had them do 3 or 4 sets over the years, so knew their work and standards was OK.

The wheels are back on the car now, they match the centre caps spot on too.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Hi Paul,

You have to take the wheels in stripped of tyres, valves etc. Takes them about 10 days, so not the quickest, but at £30 per corner that's OK by me. They match up with the centre caps spot on.

Michelin Pilot's fitted all round too, they look very sharp now.

Who fitted the tyres, they must of been a bit nervous with the refurbed rims 8O 8O

National tyres, was having trouble finding the 55 profile size, they got hold of 'em quickest and matched an interent price I threw at them. Was a lot off the original quote too...

Yeah, when I rocked up and opened the boxes the manager came over and told the young fitter to be very very careful! Fair do's they were really good and took their time.

Wouldn't let me leave though until 2 of the fitters had taken photos on their phones lol. Had to pop the bonnet and that started a new conversation aswell.

And while all this was going on a young lad in a Calypso E30 with Alpina wheels went past twice - slowly the second time to have a gawp. Funny enough saw him this afternoon on the Bridgnorth Road!
