Wheel polishing and lip removal HELP please :)

Ok i have a set of genuine 15" alpinas and have got a few bubbles in the paint and the lip is slightly kerbed.How would i remove the lip to make a flat rim on the edge meaning what method is best? I would like to strip the paint off and polish them up is there any good methods/tricks to do these? And where can i get a kit that will make them shine like new? Oh and it nitromorse any good for stripping paint as i read on anothe rpost that the primer is hard to remove
