rust problem on scuttle panel in corner

as above might be getting a 325i sport but it has the usual bits of rust around it the worst is scuttle panel in the corner by the vent has a hole about 2 inches how to repair and is it hard job cheers for any help

Screen out and dash out job to weld it up properly.Problem is that until you have the thing in bits you cannot see exactly how much rot there is.Bodyshop men such as beardymatt would start with a replacement scuttle panel and cut what they want from it.To keep one of my cars going a bit longer I MiG'ed a couple of patches on,but it does not look very pretty and I still had to take the screen and dash out to do what is in all honesty a bodge job.

Got a quote to do both sides on mine they want £500 but are the only place that would guarantee the work (3 years), they do bentleys astons and the like and I saw an MG midget they restored, only one I've ever seen where all the shut lines were right!!!
If I can't fix it I'll f**k it up so bad nobody can!!
