Any suggesting on what to use to remove the wood on dashboard, box glove but not damage the plastic?

wouldnt it just be easier getting a new glove box and other sections where the wood is ? as long as its not on the dash itself you should be able to change the bits of trim that have it. id have all the bits you need here if you wanted to
