I what to freshen up my Grills and i am not sure on what type to use, I am thinking Matt Black but then you have Satin Black and finally Gloss Black that i think is a no no as it will be way to shinny? What do you guys think? Cheers for any advice lads :)

There's absolutely no reflective shine with matt black - it is completely flat. Satin black has a very light sheen (as opposed to a shine) similar to when the plastic was brand new. Satin also seems to be slightly more dirt repellent or at least doesn't become quite so dull and dusty looking if you forget to wash the car  If you want the grills to look fresh and new, use the satin finish.
