I wondered if anyone has used their porter cable on glass before to remove fine marks. If so what product would you recommend?
Thanks

Hi Mate.
I have tried using automotive paint polishes on glass with the pc and a 3" compounding pad. I had limited success!!
I re-tried with a diamond polish (like used to polish gem stones) which has actually polycrystalline diamonds in it and the results were far better... The polish is about £200 / litre though...
There's a thread in our section somewhere on detailing world - I try to root it out.....
Cheers - Nick.

I've heard that Jewelers Rouge is supposed to be very good too at removing scratches.
