keepIing my grill and trim BLACK!!!!!!!

Alot of the outside trim of my car is discoloured from wax. I tried some cheap stuff but it didnt do the job. What is the best stuff to use that will definatley turn my trim as black as black can be?

Also my kidney grill is sprayed black, when powerwashing the car some paint came of it, to save time could i just give the grill and clean and just respray it black spray paint and laquer it again?

Take everything off and repray it best way IMO.

Someone put a guide up here on exactly how to get your grill ready for respray and what grades of sand paper to use. Anyone got a link to it??
