Remove graphite or similar and underbody sealant

hi at all,

I would like to ask you a few questions


1)some of you know the white used for this underbody sealant?
which brand would produce (perhaps 3M)?

2)Furthermore, how can I remove the black graphite that has been applied?
you know if it is oem or was added later?
