In my paintwork i have general scratches all over my car
.some are easy to tcut out but some are fairly deep yet not at primer.it there anything i can do to get rid of the deeper ones ? i have malachite green (think thats the correct spelling) so its a very dark colour but i would love my paint to be mint
any suggestions would be a god send

Get some wet and dry sandpaper pleanty of hot soapy water 1000grit to start and work your way upto 1500 or even 2000 - the higher the grade the easier it will be to buff it back up.
It might be quite daunting to wet and dry your pride and joy but as long as you dont press to hard, avoid any edges and you take your time it easy!!!
then get some g3 polishing compound from your local motor factors and really work it in, polish it with something like auto glym resin polish followed by some good wax to seal it all.
Make sure you do wax the area well as wet and dry and G3 will leave the area exposed to the elements.
If the scratches are too deep then it will need to be sprayed.

your right wet and dry does sound scary ha ha
but i might give it a go in a sec on a inconspicuous area to see how it goes
if i fail with that i will use a compound of some type .... cheers all
