just wanted to know what everyone with 16x9 wheels run tyre wise?
i need to know what size tyres will fit under my arches with a 60/40 drop with out issues.
dont wanna go too small as the car is slammed anyway, and its gonna be driven hard so i dont want to worry about the tyres popping off round the corners....

Both mine and my brother's are running 215/40/r16.

Should be fine with a 40mm drop on the rear.

what about 8" fronts?
would 215/40r16 be a smaller rolling diamiter than 205/50r15?

Never had 8" fronts, but if you're going for a lower profile on the same size (15"/16"17") then i assume the rolling diameter will be reduced.
