hey i posted this in my thread in the Photo Gallery but nobody seems to want to tell me anything.

I have a 1989 325i Cab. Im Lookin for people who live in the US who have decided to take off their US Spec bumpers (due to the length of them) and swap em off for Euro style bumpers.

Id like to know if it was major labor and if it was super costly. Im not planning to spend loads of money if the bumpers i already have can be fixed real easily. But id love to hear if it were easy cuz id switch em off in a sec.

Euro chrome bumpers are a straight swap as are m-tech1 bumpers (as in the convertible at the top e30zone banner). If believe it is also possible to "tuck" the diving boards so they don't stick out so much.

It is also possible to convert to plastic bumpers, but there is some modification needed to be done at the back. This include onverting to mtech 2 kits.

I think m-teck 1s took sooo good and it is possible for them to be shipped over to the US, they do go for pretty high prices over there though.
