Does anyone know if a Sony CD changer can be connected to a Phillips head unit (CCR 600 from a Vauxhall). Is there a "special" lead or adaptor and if so who stocks it???

Already got the Phillips and it does look O.K. in my Touring but I take your point.

I'd say they were incompatible
Either get a sony head unit to control the changer or look on ebay for a Philips changer

Seems to fit your requirements (a bit dear though!!), possibly cheaper to get a new Head Unit.

I'd suggest you try and find out if that module will definately work with the model of headunit you have before purchasing
IMO a sony H/u would probably set you back about the same £Â£ as the module,Unless you get it really cheap of course

Thanks for the responses lads but it turns out that Santa bought me a late pressie of a Sony head unit so all was in vain.
