drivers light issue

I am in the process of smoking my front lights.

my driving light glass has some white lines in the middle but they are fading out..

would i need a new glass or will these lines make little difference as i will have HID's installed as well so i think the greater amount of light coming from them will cancel the lines anyway?

i know what you mean, and i scraped my lines off with a stanley blade.... no issues
