How to remove tweeters from tweeter pods

get a sharp blade and cut:slice out. the glue that holds the tweeter in is quite brittle; so you should be able to prise it out once you have serated the glue:

get new covers, less hassle than injurying yourself with a blade ouch!!!
and sell the old ones with the covers in turn saving some else hassle!

Sharp knife or a Dremel are the tools of choice for removing the old ones. I use silicone sealer to refit the replacements.

i assumed you get the standard ones without the tweeter, did not realise it come be oem with a tweeter built in thought these cars were too old for that may be in early 90s i don't know though
