lowering

hi guys quick question. . . .

ive just orderd a set of 60mm springs for my car. emm i hav seen quite afew e30s with the same drop and they look really nice.

just wanted to know if people remove the front bumpstops of cut them in half.

ive heard people do this to bring the car down abit more.

I don't think removing them would be the right thing to do, just chop them.

Removing the bumpstops will lower the car about 2mm which isnt noticeable at all ! id just cut them down, you can i believe buy deeper top spring seats which lower about 10mm more if you want a bit extra .
