What To Use For fixing Side Skirts

ive just brought a bodykit (cheers deepak)
im ok i think with the front and back, but just wondering if you could give me any tips on fitting the side skirts as im not to sure how to do them...

i guess i will drill them into the wheel arches but its the along the body that im not totally sure on, do you do it with filler (which id rather not do) or is there a better method......

all tips appreciated

i've used sikaflex in the past on bumpers, sideskirts, body panels and it holds very well
