I've heard of 16" BBS with dark grey centres and polished rims? Do these fabled wheels really exist? And if so, how much and how rare are they? And finally, anyone got any pictures?

I've searched and found mention of split rims, but they seem to be 5-stud mainly.

The impression I was given was of a wheel similar to the normal 15" BBS, but 16" and with dark grey spokes - nothing fancy like the split rims or deep dishes.

Any info very welcome - sounds like my ideal wheel.

Cheers Kos,
Were they split-rim/deep dish or just a similar design to the standard 15"s?

Same question to both Maxfield and rossle too.

BBS RM's are 2 piece, only come in 15"
BBS RS's are 3 piece and you can alternate between 15/16/17" - but they cost a hell of a lot more - expect to pick up a good set for at least £900

15 and 16 splits are quite common here but not too cheap, payed 150quid for mine winkeye

never seen 4 stud one piece, could be from a Golf but the offset is different
