WARNING - Car Audio Security

Just thought I would share my experience in case anyone was thinking of using Car Audio Security.

I had seen a few people on here us them and decided I would give them a go, spent just over £500 quid and they suck.

I put my order in 8th April, they shipped some but left of some infinity speakers. Didn't tell me until I called and asked. Out of stock they said.

It is now June and I still dont have them. Each time I have had to chase them

not once have they called me to say sorry or offer an update.

we can't get as they have been dicontinued. Was offered an upgrade, "new stock coming in next week..."

Fed up waiting so I asked for my money back on the remaining speakers last week...

Guess what....I am still waiting for my money.

They have no idea of Customer Service, my advice - go somewhere else.

Cheers for the advice mate, another one to look out for on eBay is JDMTRADE, he sell speakers and ICE, its all dodgy Malaysian copies.

I've had no probs with them personally - I bought off them loads of times.

Did get my refund, took them 2 weeks to process and I had to chase them up over it.

I went with them because several people had posted positive things about them but thought I would share my experience as it was not good and the whole thing dragged out over 2 months.

I bought my bluapunkt head unit off of them, had absolutely no probs, i placed my order, next day they rang me up saying it was out of stock and offered me the upgraded version (an extra £70) at the same price i was originally going to pay! Came 3 days later absolutely spot on for me.

hope they pull through for me. just received my kenwood kdc w8534u but minus the u which means it doesnt have the usb capability im after. a little dissapointed to say the least but we`ll see what they come back with
