Right what would be better on a white E30 2 door with a reiger infinity front lip and splitter??Either 60mm drop all round or 60/40mm drop??Not sure wether a higher back is better or just low all round.Thinking of going for spax but are they very stiff suspension??thats what I want you see.

personally i'd go for a 40 drop all round - especially with an is lip. the extra 20 is tempting i know - but speed bumps, entrances to fields when the missus has to go for a country walk, jacking the car when you have a flat etc etc are all times that you'll be glad you didn't drop that extra bit.
also with a 60 drop tyre wear becomes uneven and geometry is affcted just that little bit more unless you sort all that too.

Hammo, heres my 318 with a -40mm drop.
I caught my iS lip coming out of a car park te other day, if it was another -20mm drop, i think it would of ripped it off

(Im sure it looks more like a -60mm drop tho
)

I'm not sure how low my first one was but the guy i got it off had bought lowering springs and chopped them in half. I swear the front only had a couple of coils on it!!
To be fair it looked the dogs but eventually springs went into resonance at the front, the only way to stop it bouncing was to bring the car to a stand still!!!
You know its low when you can only just get you hand (flat) between the sump guard and the road

ound! im running apex 60m at the moment. your right the spax kit is good, i had it on my motorsport convertable. i have no probs with 60m. with a full car, full boot i have no probs at all. speed bumps ant a prob either just go over them diagonaly. look in the members rides and you can see how my car sits with its wheels tucked away in those arches!

Pick 'em up from the Dealer for about £80

Hammoj28 - I have a set of G-Max 60mm springs I'm not using! I bought them from a zoner only a month or so ago and he told me they were fairly new. They were red but have been painted black, I don't know why! I've since chosen a 60/40mm drop as my home made (badly) exhaust is suffering and springs were easier and cheaper to change!
Is your car a 4 or 6 cylinder ?
If you want them I'll take £30 posted.
Cheers,
Martin.
