Has anyone changed their carpet whilst its still in the car or would you reccommend taking the whole lot out and dipping it in a bucket of dye.

I want to change my carpet to black.

Job worth doing or is it a waste of time?

Opinions and ideas please.

Thanks.

I sprayed my boot carpets black. Looks god. Bit crunchy to feel, but if the colour comes out, just spray it again!

Just what i was looking for Alyman. Its been quite a while since you first applied the dye. Have you had any fade or issues with it up until now?

Thanks alot.
